The Investor Services Finance team provides financial analysis and business decision support for Schwab Retail Investor Services enterprise. The team’s objectives are to help business partners drive operational leverage and maximize profitability through rigorous analysis to support strategic decision making and planning, understand business trends, and communicate performance.

This position will play a significant role in providing strategic financial support and analytical insights for our expanding Retail Digital Assets organization. This role offers high visibility across the Firm to influence business decision-making and help shape our company’s digital asset roadmap.

What you have


  • 5-7 years of experience in Finance, demonstrating progression into increasingly complex roles

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field

  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling

  • Excellent written and verbal communications and partnering skills. Demonstrated success in working with senior leaders and business partners

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with proven ability to identify and solve issues/challenges

  • Proactive self-starter and team player who can work independently in a challenging and fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

  • Demonstrate sound business judgement, strategic thinking, and ability to deal with ambiguity

  • Experience with ERP software or similar tools such as IBM Planning Analytic, Power BI, etc. SQL a plus.

  • MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred

In addition to the salary range, this position is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
