Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, statistical analysis, and reporting. You will be responsible for developing analytical solutions, building predictive models, and creating reports to help manage resource capacity for large-scale technology organizations.

What you'll do

  • Performing statistical analysis and developing forecasting to support and optimize Operations resource capacity.
  • Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of predictive models and reporting solutions to meet stakeholder needs across business, technology, Corporate Strategy, and Finance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Leverage programming languages primarily Python to build and deploy statistical models to streamline data processes, and generate actionable insights.
  • Provide project management support and drive self-paced development efforts.
  • Mentor and provide direction to junior analysts and developers on the team.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience focused on statistical analysis, modeling, quantitative analytics or a similar analytics role.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries for data manipulation (e.g., Pandas), scientific computing (e.g., NumPy), and machine learning/forecasting.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong Excel and PPT experience, including reviewing, manipulating, and presenting data.
  • Highly proficient in statistical modeling, quality assessment, structuring, optimizing, analyzing and interpreting data.
  • Exceptional story-telling skills – the ability to package and present analyses effectively, communicating an insight to be understood easily and to drive action.
  • Have a keen eye for design.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable ability to interpret business processes and needs and translate them into streamlined reporting, predictive models, and dashboards.
  • Effective time management, must be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Able to describe your own analysis and the insights you draw from it to senior leaders.
  • Education: BS/BA degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program management experience.
  • Application Development Resource Capacity reporting experience.
  • Experience developing Microsoft Power Apps to streamline processes.
  • Proficient in collaboration tools like Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, etc.
  • Experience in a highly regulated financial services environment.
  • Experience with statistical forecasting techniques (e.g., ARIMA, Prophet, time series analysis).
  • Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
