The Workforce Intelligence Team, part of the HR organization, delivers workforce reporting, analytics, and business insights to HR professionals and business leaders across Schwab.
As a Manager on the Workforce Intelligence Team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming workforce data into actionable insights that shape the future of HR and the employee experience. You will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, elevate data storytelling, and build solutions that drive real business outcomes.
- Lead with Insight: Manage intake and assignment of workforce data requests, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
- Bridge Strategy and Execution: Partner with developers to deliver audience-appropriate dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Design and Analyze: Create metrics that help decision makers measure performance. Interpret and synthesize information to uncover the story behind the numbers.
- Be the Voice of Data: Represent the data perspective in project and problem-solving meetings, providing recommendations that ensure data management and reporting needs will be met.
- Drive Quality and Consistency: Uphold standards for testing and documentation, and continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes.
- Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Ensure a reliable, high-quality reporting experience through clear communication and thoughtful client engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years in a data analytics role, ideally within HR, with an emphasis on reporting and analytics.
- Experience reporting from HR systems like Workday, iCIMS, SumTotal, or ServiceNow
- Proficiency in Excel (filters, formulas, pivot tables)
Preferred Qualifications
- Logical thinker with a knack for designing sequential processes
- Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Commitment to confidentiality and data integrity
- Passion for creating an exceptional user experience
- Experience using dashboard or business intelligence tools
