At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together. We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).
As part of the Bank Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting loan pricing, profitability analysis, pricing exception reviews, and lending-related business decisions that directly influence the performance of Charles Schwab Bank. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Treasury, Credit/Risk, Sales, Operations, and Controllers, providing exposure to a broad range of business partners and strategic initiatives.
You’ll help drive pricing decisions across lending products, including Pledged Asset Line (PAL), Mortgage, and HELOC offerings, while serving as a trusted resource for sales and operations teams supporting clients, including high-net-worth households. By analyzing loan pricing requests, evaluating pricing exceptions, supporting loan purchase activities, and delivering reporting and insights to business partners, auditors, compliance teams, and regulators, you will help ensure sound decision-making, operational excellence, and portfolio performance.
Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to balance competing priorities while navigating complex business challenges. You will have the opportunity to influence lending outcomes, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and provide data-driven recommendations that support business growth, risk management, and client-focused solutions. As you continue to develop your expertise, you'll gain deeper knowledge of lending products, pricing strategies, banking operations, and financial analysis while contributing to meaningful business outcomes that make an impact across the firm.
