The candidate should be capable of producing and communicating design concepts through drawings and renderings. They must possess a collaborative attitude and be a creative thinker with a solid understanding of architectural corporate design standards and practices. The candidate will be required to work with architects, in-house Senior Designers and Construction Managers through all phases of varying project types, sizes, and complexities.

What you will do

  • Create space plans for office space and take direction from Senior Lead Design Manager for the design and implementation of design for retail branch properties and corporate properties.
  • Present design solutions visually and verbally to Senior Design Managers and Leadership.
  • Update and maintain brand standards and application guidelines.
  • Work with AutoCAD and Bluebeam and other design tools.
  • Interact with senior management, senior design managers, internal and external business partners, and peers.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the Design Team.

We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site four days per week in the specified location(s).

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Drafting.
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Must demonstrate an ability to visually express innovative ideas and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication and writing skills, strong organizational and time management habits, and ability to work well independently and collaboratively.
  • Must have experience that demonstrates an ability to work well within a design team and take direction from Design Managers and Senior Management.
  • Must be AutoCAD proficient and have a working knowledge in Adobe CC programs such as Sketch-up, InDesign, Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam.
