The Bank and Trust Services Product Marketing team is responsible for end-to-end marketing programs designed to attract investors to Schwab’s banking, trust, and lending solutions. The team is focused on marketing strategy through execution to support business objectives including building awareness and driving adoption amongst clients. This role will support the flawless execution of Bank and Trust Services marketing initiatives that help shape the customer experience of an iconic brand and influence millions of investors in their financial decision-making journeys.
This role is responsible for marketing campaign execution & support, including:
Assist team with managing production calendars, timelines and deliverables
Coordination with creative agencies and internal partners to traffic materials through review and approval processes
Support our QA checks and proofreading to help ensure marketing materials are accurate and compliant.
Partnering with team to execute tactics aligned with larger campaign strategies
Marketing asset maintenance
Assist in preparing reports that measure effectiveness against key metrics

Required Qualifications
1-2 years marketing experience is required
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence
- Current working experience with Schwab systems and processes
Exposure to multiple working styles, enhancing their adaptability
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to quickly shifting priorities
Collaborate effectively with team members to explore and implement creative solutions
Skilled at creative problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
Has strong project management skills

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
