Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that shape the future of work? The Workforce Intelligence Team empowers HR professionals and business leaders with workforce analytics, reporting, and strategic insights.
As a Manager of HR Business Intelligence, you will serve as an individual contributor, leveraging a diverse set of tools and combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of people and processes. You will play a pivotal role in transforming workforce data into actionable insights that elevate the employee experience and drive strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage business intelligence and available workforce data to design and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and self-service reports to support decision-making across HR and business units.
- Build interactive dashboards and presentation-ready visuals using Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Tackle complex data challenges with innovative solutions—independently or in collaboration with others.
- Translate business questions into clear analytical plans and execute with precision.
- Describe your analytical approach and the key insights you derive from it to help HR and business stakeholders.
- Recommend process and system enhancements to improve reporting capabilities and influence change across platforms.
- Conduct peer reviews and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity across analytics products.
- Deliver audience-appropriate products that meet HR data standards and client needs.
*Please Note: This is an in-office role requiring on-site presence 4 days per week (M-Thursday) in one of the locations where the role is posted, with the flexibility of working from home on Fridays. This policy is subject to change at any time, at the Company's sole discretion.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
- Proficiency in tools such as Tableau, One Model, Excel, SQL, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), R, Python, or similar platforms.
- Experience defining, structuring and documenting data for varied audiences.
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into meaningful data solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with core HR functions and workforce management processes, with previous exposure to people analytics or workforce data.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an appreciation for structure and standards
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for team-based problem solving.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Commitment to confidentiality and data stewardship.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
