Digital Trading Solutions Intern
This internship offers hands-on exposure to how digital products, platforms, and client experiences are designed, managed, and continuously improved within a leading financial services organization. Interns support real product and platform initiatives focused on digital client experiences while building durable skills in analysis, communication, content strategy, documentation, and structured problem solving.
Through meaningful project work, research, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, interns gain insight into how digital experiences are planned, executed, measured, and optimized to deliver value for clients and business partners.
What You'll Do
Depending on your assigned team and project, you may:
- Conduct research and analysis to support digital product, platform, or client experience initiatives.
- Assist with process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation efforts.
- Create stakeholder-ready presentations, summaries, reports, and project updates.
- Support content strategy and content management activities, including organizing and maintaining digital content assets.
- Collaborate with product managers, business partners, designers, and technology teams to gather information and support deliverables.
- Analyze existing processes, content, or user experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help support initiatives related to enterprise search, chatbot capabilities, content governance, or digital experience optimization.
Contribute to a project focused on messaging and content management capabilities supporting client service and regulatory communications.
What you have
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and entering junior-level standing by internship start date.
- Have not completed your bachelor's degree prior to the internship.
- Able to commit to 40 hours per week during the 9-week Summer 2027 internship program.
- Able to begin full-time employment between August 2027 and September 2028.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
- Willing to relocate at personal expense if required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, User Experience, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, Journalism, English, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest in content strategy, content management, digital experiences, information architecture, UX content, digital marketing technology, or product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify patterns, draw insights, and make recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Experience creating presentations, documentation, reports, process maps, or stakeholder communications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed documentation.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital publishing tools, website platforms, or content governance processes.
- Ability to structure information, organize content, and create user-friendly documentation.
- Demonstrated curiosity about how digital platforms, content, search experiences, and technology influence user outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other productivity tools.
Strong learning agility and ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and business concepts.
