As a Talent Advisor aligned to our Branch Network, you’ll be a strategic partner to the business—identifying, attracting, and assessing talent while championing Schwab’s Employer Value Proposition. You’ll craft and execute tailored recruiting strategies and deliver a consultative, high-touch experience for hiring leaders and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Impact Areas:

Strategic Advisor

  • Lead talent strategy for assigned business units, grounded in deep business insight.
  • Build trusted relationships across client groups and HR.
  • Share labor market and workforce trend analysis to inform sourcing strategies.
  • Align hiring plans with short and long-term business needs.
  • Guide hiring teams in making strong decisions and competitive offers.

Pipeline Manager

  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Talent Attraction teams to meet hiring goals.
  • Cultivate passive talent and provide market intelligence to business leaders.
  • Represent Schwab at recruiting events, including campus and diversity initiatives.
  • Evaluate candidates and promote opportunities with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Deliver diverse, qualified talent slates and lead offer discussions.

Process Champion

  • Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and employment laws.
  • Advise on effective, inclusive interviewing practices.
  • Prepare interview guides and facilitate debriefs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and candidate records.
  • Communicate clearly through executive-ready summaries and written materials.

Collaborative Partner

  • Foster a strong Talent Acquisition and HR community through proactive collaboration.
  • Share insights and deliver crisp, actionable communication across all levels.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate and/or search firm environment with a focus on branch recruiting.
  • Extensive experience recruiting across multiple functions and enterprises including leading execution activities from search strategy, candidate research, development, assessment, candidate management and offer.
  • Ability to handle a workload of 25+ requisitions at a time (depending on complexity of roles, hiring volume may fluctuate).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field is strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Prior experience utilizing iCIMS, Workday, or other applicant tracking systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and a proven ability to navigate complex and nuanced interpersonal and organization issues, balancing priorities of different stakeholders, and build trust among business partners.
  • Highly organized with deep attention to detail ensuring a shared sense of urgency with the business.
  • Track record of crafting a customized recruiting strategy based on business specific goals/objectives.
  • Strong emotional intelligence/maturity and consultative presence.
  • Thrives on initiating, building and cultivating strong authentic relationships throughout the organization.
  • Superior written communication skills able to leverage executive summary concepts to shape a compelling story about the assignment and candidates.
  • Excellent candidate conversion skills, including marketing & selling of Schwab as an employer of choice.
