We’re looking for a passionate SEO and digital marketing strategy expert to join our employer branding team to help create engaging candidate experiences for future Schwabbies on-site from our Westlake office. As our Digital Employer Brand & SEO Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in:
- Bringing Schwab’s talent brand to life across digital channels
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our career site and monitoring ATS feed
- SEO/AEO research and monitoring/reporting on organic search performance and website analytics
- Supporting Talent Acquisition with recruitment marketing and employer branding collateral
- Publishing approved content to the career site, ensuring alignment with Schwab’s EVP and brand voice.
This in-office position is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to join a collaborative team of talent marketers. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills in storytelling and digital candidate experience, while continuously learning and working alongside cross-functional partners to support Schwab’s position as a leading employer in the industry.
What you have
To ensure that we have fulfilled our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years’ experience with website CMS management, including on-page and technical SEO/AEO, UX, and link building, as well as troubleshooting website technical issues.
- 3+ years’ experience using Google Analytics and SEO tools (e.g. SEMRush).
- 3+ years’ experience supporting internal clients and building/managing relationships.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience in Talent Attraction or Recruitment Marketing
- Proficient in content creation for blogs, marketing collateral, and creative support.
- Ability to tailor messaging for company responses on employer reputation platforms (e.g., Glassdoor).
- Experience managing YouTube channels and optimizing video SEO descriptions.
- Experience working with agency and vendor partners to execute creative and marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative, fast-moving environment.
