What You’ll Do
The Sr. Manager, Field Enablement Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the field is equipped not just with tools and information, but with clear, consistent, and effective ways of working. You will focus on driving successful change adoption, building and scaling field best practices, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, strengthen execution, and improve efficiency across Workplace Services.
Change Management & Field Adoption

- Identify adoption risks and proactively design reinforcement strategies to drive behavior change.
Field Best Practices & Ways of Working
- Partner closely with sales and relationship management leaders to understand how the field works today.
- Identify, document, and scale field best practices that improve consistency, effectiveness, and outcomes.
- Develop clear, role‑based guidance that defines how work should be done—not just what needs to be done.
- Ensure best practices are embedded into existing workflows, tools, and routines rather than creating net‑new burden.
- Identify friction points, duplication, and inefficiencies in field workflows, tools, and processes.
- Champion opportunities to simplify, streamline, or standardize ways of working.
- Maintain feedback loops with the field to continuously refine processes based on real‑world use.
Enablement Execution & Partnership

- Ensure field enablement materials are clear, actionable, and grounded in how the field operates.
- Help connect strategy, metrics, and execution, ensuring the field understands how success is defined and measured.
- Support leadership by providing insight into what’s working, what’s not, and where the field needs clarity or reinforcement.
