Job Requirements: Develop application dashboards for proactive monitoring of health of over 50 applications; Monitor performance, CPU and memory utilization of application servers to ensure there is no latency in application response to customers; Develop scripts and alerts to notify production support specialist of application health issues or resolve technical issues; Develop self-healing applications that recover from issues quickly, as well as develop scripts to automate operational tasks, and incorporate the solutions into infrastructure; Automate internal change ticket creation process to deploy software in production environment and reduce the time spent on ticket creation; Automate deployment of software into production to reduce the time taken for deployments; Create change tickets and manage change implementation log, which serves as a reference of tasks performed during the deployment of software into production; Evaluate the risk of changes deployed in production to ensure the availability of software applications to clients; Conduct capacity planning of hardware and server requirements in production to ensure applications are running smoothly; Troubleshoot in real time our mission critical application workflows, and incorporate feedback into product development; Collaborate with development teams to incorporate non-functional requirements into the design of software applications; Develop CI/CD orchestration systems to reduce friction for software delivery to production; Develop continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines to increase delivery to production while mitigating risk so that release cycles can be faster and new features may be available to clients quickly; Develop tools, frameworks, and instrumentation to validate and increase rollout success of applications; and Develop automated production certification to ensure quality, as well as develop scripts to generate status reports of applications post rollout to certify the health of applications.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 96 months of progressive post-Bachelor's experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 96 months involving the following: DevOps; Site reliability engineering; Capacity management; Release management; Server administration; Cloud Technologies; and Root cause Analysis and maintenance.
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
