Your opportunity

At Schwab, you are empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

In this role, you will be a strategic connector across Learning Solutions, partnering with Learning Consulting, Design, and Delivery teams to drive alignment, insights, and enterprise-wide learning capabilities. You will also build strong relationships with business learning teams, helping identify opportunities, share best practices, and translate data into decisions that improve learning effectiveness and impact.

You will help shape the future of learning at Schwab by connecting strategy, analytics, operations, and business needs across the enterprise. This role partners across teams to translate insights into action through learning strategies, dashboards, business cases, roadmaps, and system requirements that improve decision-making and drive measurable outcomes. As a key liaison to the Workforce Intelligence Team (WIT) and HR Product Management (HRPM), you will represent Learning Solutions' priorities, translate business needs into analytics and platform requirements, and help connect enterprise capabilities to learning outcomes. You will also establish scalable processes, governance practices, and communication channels that strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and execution across Learning Solutions and business learning teams.

Success in this role requires strong analytical and strategic thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to influence across functions. By identifying trends, surfacing opportunities, and connecting people, data, systems, and practices, you will help increase the effectiveness, consistency, and business impact of learning while enabling Learning Solutions to operate as a true enterprise learning organization.
