Schwab Advisor Services is building an integrated AI and third-party ecosystem organization focused on advancing Schwab-owned AI capabilities, enabling advisor choice through third-party partnerships and integrations, strengthening our data-enabled capabilities, and helping RIAs improve productivity, client service, and growth.
The Senior Manager, AI Portfolio and Program Strategy will translate strategic priorities into coordinated, measurable execution across Advisor Services and within the AI and Third-Party Ecosystem organization. This role will work across product, platform, technology, strategy, governance, data, marketing, portfolio management, and third-party ecosystem teams to ensure initiatives are well-defined, strategically aligned, portfolio-ready, and supported by clear outcomes, dependencies, and execution plans.
The role does not replace product or platform ownership and does not directly manage engineering delivery. It provides the strategic program leadership, portfolio discipline, cross-functional orchestration, and executive insight required to advance complex initiatives involving multiple accountable teams.
