DAFgiving360™ is an independent nonprofit organization created to increase charitable giving in the U.S. We offer a donor-advised fund program and related philanthropic tools and guidance that empower donors to incorporate charitable planning into their everyday lives and make a bigger difference in the world. Since our founding in 1999 as an 501(c)(3) public charity, DAFgiving360 donors have recommended over $40 billion in grants to more than 270,000 charities.
DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
DAFgiving360 is seeking a strategic Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing individual to join our Marketing team. In this individual contributor role, you’ll functionally lead digital marketing strategy and execution across our public website (dafgiving360.org), social media, and email marketing (in collaboration with a Digital Marketing Sr. Specialist and Manager). You’ll be responsible for driving audience awareness, consideration, conversion, and ongoing engagement with our brand and donor-advised fund offer—ultimately increasing new donor conversion via digital channels. You’ll consult teammates on digital marketing capabilities and best practices, while contributing to integrated marketing strategies that span digital, content, paid media and advertising, public relations, events, and more. Along the way, you’ll contribute to meaningful, mission-driven work while developing professionally in supportive environment.
What you have
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of digital marketing experience across web, email, and social channels—spanning both strategy and execution
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proficiency with digital marketing workflows, tools, and platforms across project management, content management, email and web publishing, social media, and analytics (examples: Drupal, Marketo, LinkedIn, Jira, Smartsheet, Workfront, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, and Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience writing briefs, copywriting, editing, and proofreading
- Self-starter with high accountability, an attitude of ownership, drive for continuous improvement, and strong interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Digital marketing experience within financial services or another regulated industry
- Familiarity with donor-advised funds, charitable giving, or nonprofit fundraising practices is a plus
