Sr. Manager, Business Analysis & Learning Development
Your Opportunity
Your opportunity
At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us challenge the status quo and transform the finance industry together.
The Banking Operations learning and development team helps employees build the knowledge and capabilities needed to deliver strong workplace performance. As Senior Training Manager, you will serve as a trusted peer lead, cross-functional project lead, and decision-making partner to the department leader, without direct supervisory responsibility. You will bring together business acumen, influential communication, adaptive coaching, and applied expertise across the learning and development lifecycle to turn business priorities into focused, measurable learning solutions.
In this role, you will help prioritize the learning portfolio, lead complex initiatives from discovery through evaluation, and create alignment around scope, requirements, risks, trade-offs, decision ownership, and success measures. You will guide quality across needs analysis, instructional design, content development, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation while partnering with business leaders to diagnose performance gaps and determine when learning or non-learning interventions will create the greatest impact. Through clear recommendations, purposeful coaching, and disciplined follow-through, you will strengthen workplace application, reduce avoidable rework, and help Banking Operations deliver consistent performance outcomes.
We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis without employer sponsorship.
