Schwab’s Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead technology-focused real estate construction projects across retail, service center, and office environments. In this role, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology infrastructure initiatives that enable business growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional employee and client experience.
You will serve as the central point of coordination across Technology, Security, Design, Construction, and external vendor teams, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with Schwab standards. Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate competing priorities, and make informed decisions that balance business objectives, risk considerations, and project constraints.
Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you will translate business needs into practical technology and infrastructure solutions, oversee project planning and execution, manage project budgets and risks, and facilitate stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle. You will also partner with architects, engineers, contractors, and technology teams to ensure infrastructure requirements are effectively designed and implemented for Retail, Service Center, and Corporate environments. Strong collaboration, adaptability, and project leadership capabilities are essential as you drive alignment among diverse stakeholders and ensure compliance with established methodologies, audit requirements, and industry standards.
This position offers the opportunity to influence highly visible initiatives that directly support Schwab’s workplace strategy and operational growth while developing expertise at the intersection of technology, corporate real estate, and project delivery.
Please note: This position operates on a hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) and is available only in Westlake, TX. Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the area at their own expense. In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- 5+ years of experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and risks
- Experience with IT infrastructure technologies and technology deployment projects
- Knowledge of structured cabling standards.
- Experience supporting office, call center, or data center technology infrastructure implementations
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technology solutions
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and driving alignment across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders and project stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives from planning through execution and project closeout
- Experience managing vendors, bids, purchase orders, contracts, and invoice reconciliation
- Experience supporting large-scale workplace, facilities, or infrastructure transformation initiatives
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Bluebeam
