Schwab’s Workplace Services is seeking to have our growth and scale fully reflect the value of our brand, requiring us to fully leverage our current client relationships. The Stock Plan Services (SPS) Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for developing strategic plans, regularly assessing client health, and delivering consultative and customized solutions that add increasing value and align with the client’s goals and objectives. To deliver this result, Senior Relationship Manager collaborates with an internal team of specialized associates and business partners across Schwab.

Required qualifications:
- Experience working with complex corporate organizations
- Deep financial services knowledge, including equity administration
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Series 7 and 63 licenses or willingness to pursue under a condition of employment
Preferred qualifications:
- Highly relational, self-aware, possessing a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit, proactively taking initiative, and maintaining high standards of excellence.
- Growth minded and intentional about learning and development.
- Ability to influence executive leaders, peers, and client decision makers to help deliver on corporate clients’ and Schwab business needs.
- Proactively expand and nurture internal/external key partners to help drive and strengthen client engagement.
- Dynamic communicator with excellent presentation skills and engaging public speaking experience in a variety of settings including virtual and in-person.
- Strong experience using data to create analyses and communicate results to assess business performance and drive targeted outcomes for client strategy.
- Proven record with large client oversight and trends, ability to assess client risks, anticipate needs, position solutions, and de-escalate challenging interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of Stock Plan Services, retail financial services and how to integrate these benefits into our client employees’ financial success.
- Effective organizational, time management, communication, and executive presence capabilities necessary to succeed in role.
- 5-7 years of Financial Services industry corporate relationship management.
