Schwab’s Workplace Services organization supports clients across Stock Plan Services (SPS), Retirement Plan Services (RPS), and related workplace offerings. The Senior Product Manager, Advisor Services and Stock Plan Partnership will be responsible for owning, managing, and evolving the Advisor Services / Stock Plan Services (AS‑SPS) partnership offer, which expands how Schwab supports stock plan sponsors and participants through collaboration with select Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
This role focuses on offer ownership, strategy and delivery, while ensuring strong execution, scalability, and a high‑quality experience for corporate clients, advisors, and participants.
About the AS‑SPS Offer
The Advisor Services / Stock Plan Services partnership offer combines Schwab’s end‑to‑end stock plan recordkeeping, digital platforms, and retail service capabilities with specialized guidance delivered by independent advisors.
Under this model, Schwab continues to provide:
- Stock plan administration and recordkeeping
- Digital access for employers and participants
- Access to Schwab retail services and Financial Consultants, where applicable
Partner advisors deliver tailored guidance focused on:
- Equity award planning and complex equity compensation scenarios
- Plan feature education and participant decision support
- Financial education and long‑term wealth planning, as appropriate
This employer‑enabled offering allows plan sponsors to expand participant support while preserving the core Schwab SPS experience.
Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager, Advisor Services and Stock Plan Partnership serves as the offer owner for the AS‑SPS partnership, with accountability for execution, performance, and continuous improvement across the full offer lifecycle.
Offer Strategy & Execution
- Own offer‑level goals, success metrics, and delivery plans for the AS‑SPS partnership.
- Execute against strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the offer based on client needs, operational insights, and participant experience.
Offer Lifecycle & Program Management
- Manage end‑to‑end implementation of the offer, including the support of onboarding new plans into the partnership model.
- Oversee ongoing offer evolution, including enhancements to processes, technology, and service models.
- Partner with technology and digital teams to deliver technology needs and resolve offer‑level issues.
Market Positioning & Pricing
- Assess market penetration and adjust positioning to strengthen competitive differentiation
- Communicate product value propositions clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Support evaluation and execution of offer changes, expansions, or retirements.
Advisor & Client Experience
- Manage advisor partnership enablement in close coordination with Advisor Services.
- Support advisor relationship management and field readiness related to the offer.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the AS‑SPS offer in internal and external forums.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Lead cross‑functional working teams across Technology, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Risk, Marketing, and Field Enablement.
- Coordinate launches, enhancements, and communications tied to the AS‑SPS partnership.
- Ensure alignment across SPS, Advisor Services, and Retail stakeholders
Governance & Business Management
- Partner with Finance to track offer‑level performance, costs, and outcomes.
- Support vendor, advisor, and partnership oversight as applicable.
- Ensure offer changes adhere to governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Support internal coordination, reporting, and governance forums.
What you have

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in equity compensation, advisor platforms, workplace services, and/or product/offer management.
- Experience owning or managing a defined product, offer, or program with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives in a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong client‑ and partner‑facing skills, with the ability to translate needs into execution priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Undergraduate degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Registered Investment Advisors or advisor partnership models.
- Familiarity with equity compensation, private or public company stock plans, or participant financial guidance.
- Prior experience in Workplace Services, Stock Plan Services, or Advisor Services.
- Advanced degree.
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
