The MarketingRisk ManagementTeamestablishes the risk management strategy for the Marketing enterprisewhile making it easier to execute against its priorities.Included in that organization are the Marketing Risk Operations, Service & Regulatory Communications, and CentralizedS24Teams.As Schwab continues to grow to serve more clients and their uniqueinvestingneeds, fostering a culture of proactive risk management is more important than ever. The Sr Manager – MarketingRisk ManagementCentralized S24will support the Marketingenterprise,ensuring their communications with the public comply with relevant regulatory requirementsand internalstandards. This individual will work with others in theCentralized S24 Team,as well asMarketingpartners,Product,Compliance,Legal, and other business unitsubject matter expertsacross the company. This opportunity will require the candidate to possess a strong knowledge of Schwab products, offers,services,and the unique risks associated with them,as well asexcellent people skills.

Required Qualifications:
- Education: BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Professional Licensing: Series 7/24 required
- 7+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience supportingcommunicationor advertisingreviews,risk managementand S24 responsibilities
- Understanding of theregulatory submission, change managementandadvertisingreview processes
- Ability to make sound, timely and risk-based decisionsthrough creative solutionsto removebarriers,whileconsidering supervisory and regulatory expectations and business needs
- Ability to balance rules and regulations aroundreviewsagainst business growth and communication objectives
- Experience working collaboratively with various groups with potentially disparate objectives
- Strong knowledge and understanding offinancial servicesindustry products and services,disclosures,regulatory expectations, interpreting regulatory guidance, and assessing risk
Required Skills:
- Ability to be effective and decisive under pressure,prioritize and deliver on multiple assignments, prioritize projects & deliverables,andmeet tight deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication demonstrating ability to effectively communicate/clearly articulate risks and testing results to leadership and key stakeholders
- A highly collaborative working style effectively establishing trust and respect
- Exceptionalclientfocus and a demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships inside and outside the organization
- Strong emotional intelligence/maturity
- Highly organizedanddetail oriented
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
