Charles Schwab Digital Payments & Money Movement is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing cross-enterprise digital banking solutions. Our motto is “Make It Easy”, so we focus on delivering best-in-class experiences for clients that make moving assets into, between, and out of Schwab as simple and intuitive as possible. We do this by collaborating with design, technology & business partners across the enterprise.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout the firm to elicit and evaluate their needs and help determine how best our team can deliver excellent solutions. You will also play an integral role in working with our internal team members across our entire product suite to help manage our intake process and opportunity backlog. Additionally, you will lead and manage our Digital Online Transfer of Account (OTOA) product planning and execution, which requires maintenance of key partnerships with business partners.

What you are good at
As a Senior Product Manager (individual contributor) leading our Intake process and the Online Transfer of Accounts product within the Digital Payments & Monet Movement team, you will manage the day to day operations of Intake, work to further mature the overall process and use expertise in product management and business analysis to manage a digital experience and develop a deep understanding of the Online Transfer of Assets product to lead prioritized projects and influence new product opportunities. For this role, we are seeking:
- Product Intake & Operations – Laying the groundwork for process, improving intake processes and managing priorities in a complex, multi-faceted environment
- Asset Transfer & Money Movement – An operational and Digital understanding of the Money Movement space, client needs, and processes
- Product Management – Owning and managing digital products and/or enterprise capabilities and driving product planning and roadmap
- Team Building – Actively contributing to building high-performing teams; Serve as an active and engaged participant within the Digital Payments & Move Money team by supporting activities, learning from and supporting existing Product Managers, and influencing the team where applicable
- Financial Services experience - An in depth understanding of Move Money and Payments from front to backend, with an ability to apply your knowledge to drive value added client experience impacts for a critical function for our clients
- Schwab's Integrated Ecosystem - Advanced knowledge and background of Schwab systems and integrations preferred

You are also a creative problem solver with a positive demeanor who enjoys collaborating with and influencing individuals across an organization, while driving results. Your ability to identify and overcome obstacles, provide meaningful recommendations, and assist others will be key to your success.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in product management or a similar field
- Product management experience in financial services
- A strong ability to synthesize data, identify opportunities, make recommendations, and create plans to drive success across our department
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization
- The ability to manage uncertainty and organize disparate teams and processes
- Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process and an Agile development methodology
- Effective relationship builder – ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types
- Depth of experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) or related toolset, especially story writing/management and maintaining project boards would be useful as well
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent experience in Financial Services, specific to money movement, digital payments, or operational processing of payment products preferred
- Strong process management discipline with a solid analytical and creative problem-solving
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
