Jov Duties: Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of cross-functional, multiplatform application systems. Take a Lead role coaching a scrum team in JAVA and Cloud Development platforms that include frontend and backend technologies. Ensure deliverable meets the standards with respect to code quality, unit test cases, and best coding practices for all code implementations. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Lead development on Proof-of-Concept projects to help create reusable patterns for development. Participate in various agile ceremonies and appropriately lead technology solutioning across a large team space. Be a security champion for the team by evaluating, guiding, and resolving vulnerability-free code, eliminating security gaps, and ensuring reusability, flexibility, and performance. Write unit test cases for all code implementations. Participate in all agile ceremonies and help leadership team.

Job Requirements: Requires Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, or a related field and 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 72 months of experience involving the following: Designing, coding, debugging, and optimizing Java applications for large-scale enterprise environments, applying object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and performance tuning techniques; Building and maintaining backend applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data; Designing, implementing, and deploying microservices-based systems, including service decomposition, API gateway integration, inter-service communication, fault tolerance strategies, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes; Creating REST APIs with JSON-based data exchange, validation, authentication, and seamless integration with both internal and third-party systems; and Creating scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance architectures for midscale to enterprise-level systems, including technology selection, integration design, and scalability planning.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
