The Workplace Finance organization provides financial analysis and business decision support for Workplace Services enterprise. This Finance Manager role will deliver direct financial oversight and strategic decision support for key Workplace Services areas. The role will also support and evolve pricing models to inform data-driving pricing recommendations. In addition, this position will serve as a critical partner to our insights and strategy teams, driving deeper analytics and actionable insights across Workplace services.
What you'll do:
- Support and enhance pricing models, providing financial perspective and recommendations on pricing opportunities.
- Develop and deliver data-driven analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities, translating complex financial data into clear, actional insights for stakeholders.
- Prepare and present profitability reporting and key financial metrics to support ongoing performance management and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with Workplace insights and data analytics teams to deepen analytical capabilities, expand reporting and drive actionable insight generation.
- Partner with Workplace leadership to develop annual operating plans and financial forecasts, appropriately communicating how business decisions will impact the financial outlook of the business.
- Oversee the monthly financial close and forecasting process for respective support areas to ensure transparency & inform decision making.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting, increasing transparency, efficiency and consistency.
What you have
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Data Analysis or related field.
- 3-5 years of related Financial Planning & Analysis or similar experience
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Experience using SQL to capture and analyze data a plus.
- Proven experience with data analytics and decision support
- Ability to build relationships and interact with different audiences and levels of management
- Ability to synthesize data and summarize findings
- Motivated and engaged self-starter
