Our Branch, known as the Active Trader Branch, is primarily responsible for advice and counsel to experienced investors. We focus on helping our clients with their wealth management financial needs, including retirement planning, education, investment management, estate and tax planning, active investing, managed banking, and lending needs.
As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you have the opportunity to bring your passion for customer service to a role and a firm that will champion your growth in the financial services industry. You’ll play a critical role in the operational success of our branches, under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager, you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience. You will pursue this mission through demonstrating the ability to consistently handle service levels, client escalations and providing a resolution that meets the needs/wants of the client, our branches, and the company. Building strong, personal relationships with our clients is a key component of our business strategy.

What you have
Required Qualifications:
- SIE required, Series 7 preferred
- Understanding of the financial services industry and/or securities industry
- 2+ years in a client service capacity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance policies associated with brokerage business
- Demonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrated passion for building strong, personal relationships with our clients and the ability to uncover client needs
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize issues and invest time where appropriate
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Need to be able to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships
In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.

- Greeting our clients and prospects as they arrive at the branch
- Delivering unparalleled value, excellent service and providing a positive client experience
- Assisting the Branch Manager and sales staff with meeting our client's needs
We are looking for people with a passion for helping clients. You will be responsible for:
- Receiving checks and or security deposits, check disbursements and new account processing
- Actively uncovering additional business development opportunities
- Scheduling clients with an Associate Financial Consultant and/or Financial Consultant for further consultation
