As a .NET Senior Software Engineer, you’ll design and deliver software solutions that strengthen application quality, resiliency, performance, and maintainability across the application portfolio. You’ll apply deep .NET development expertise, problem solving, and modern engineering practices to identify and address software defects, technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks.

You’ll collaborate with developers, technical leads, and architects to implement engineering standards and modernization initiatives while delivering business and non-functional enhancements that improve operational outcomes. You’ll also help advance AI-enabled software engineering by applying AI-assisted development, automated code analysis, and delivery automation thoughtfully, using sound technical judgment to determine where these capabilities can improve software quality and developer productivity.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise applications
  • Strong hands-on .Net development experience and demonstrated ability to apply modern Software Development practices to build maintainable solutions
  • Experience building scalable, reliable software solutions in distributed or cloud-based environments
  • Demonstrated Problem Solving skills identifying and resolving software defects, technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and reliability risks
  • Knowledge of DevOps, automated testing, source control, observability, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
  • Ability to apply Generative AI or other AI-enabled development tools and automated code analysis to improve software quality and developer productivity
  • Experience applying Generative AI through AI-assisted development tools, automated code analysis, or agent-based workflows to improve engineering outcomes
  • Practical understanding of the strengths and limitations of AI and large language model technologies when applied to software development
  • Ability to deliver non-functional and business-driven enhancements while applying Agile Fundamentals in a collaborative engineering environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with application modernization, technical debt reduction, resiliency engineering, or performance optimization
  • Experience developing cloud-native, distributed, or event-driven applications
  • Demonstrated Influencing Others skills to help advance engineering standards, development practices, and technical outcomes across teams
  • Experience contributing to scalable software delivery frameworks and evolving AI-enabled engineering capabilities

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
