DAF Technologies provides the technology capabilities for DAFgiving360, an independent public charity created to help increase charitable giving in the United States by offering the flexible giving solution of a donor-advised fund account. Schwab Charitable operates as an independent charity, however, is closely affiliated with and enjoys the support of Charles Schwab & Co, including contractual agreements to provide a variety of services including technology. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co. and will be subject to its human resources and risk policies and procedures
You will support and facilitate software release activities across multiple environments, partnering with the Lead Release Manager and cross‑functional teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver releases.
This role includes maintaining release calendars, ensuring deployments comply with Schwab Technology Services change management and security requirements, and participating in release governance and risk controls. You will also contribute to continuous improvement by documenting processes and supporting enhancements to release tooling and automation.
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute software release activities across multiple environments under the guidance of the Lead Release Manager and senior team members.
- Assist with maintaining release calendars and deployment coordination, ensuring alignment with CTS Change Management and security requirements.
- Participate in release governance and risk checks by following established controls, procedures, and audit standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by helping document processes, identifying issues, and supporting release tooling enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years experience managing end-to-end software release processes, and ensuring compliance with governance and risk policies.
- Experience supporting software releases or deployments within a technology or enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of SDLC concepts and change management processes.
- Ability to maintain release calendar, deployment automation, documentation workflows, and track release activities accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate status or issues clearly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to enterprise release management, CI/CD pipelines, or deployment tooling.
- Familiarity with regulated, risk-aware, or compliance-driven environments.
- Interest in learning release governance, automation, and best practices over time.
- Experience working with the following: Atlassian: Jira, Confluence.
- Experience with Microsoft office 365 applications suite.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
