We own the design, implementation, and the gathering of documentation from groups across the organization. As Schwab’s financial profile and regulatory requirements evolve, so does our department. Our team also integrates other regulatory requirements into the firm’s framework and performs ad hoc analyses such as peer analytics.

In this role, you will support the governance of the capital stress testing program by tracking the CST model landscape and conducting ad-hoc analyses to support program initiatives. This highly visible and central role will collaborate with various internal partners to drive a firm-wide approach to realize a broad set of objectives.
