The Specialist, Administrative Support role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and gain broad exposure to key business priorities, initiatives, and decision-making. It provides the chance to build strong partnerships across teams, develop highly transferable organizational and communication skills, and make a visible impact on leadership effectiveness. You will provide proactive executive and team support by managing complex scheduling, meetings, travel, events, communications, tracking, reporting, and execution. You will anticipate needs, solve problems, maintain confidentiality, and improve administrative processes to strengthen leadership and team effectiveness.

What you have


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative or executive support in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics with accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional communications for leadership
  • Proven ability to operate with discretion and handle confidential information with sound judgment
  • Experience working with senior leaders or executives, with a focus on anticipating needs and enabling productivity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, and enterprise collaboration tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships and effectively partner across teams and functions
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to removing friction and improving processes
  • Experience supporting events, meetings, or projects, including coordination, logistics, and execution support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting senior leaders at the Managing Director level or above in a complex, fast-paced enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a proactive business partner, anticipate needs, and enable leader productivity with minimal direction
  • Proven success improving administrative processes and operational workflows
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively when faced with ambiguity
  • Experience coordinating high-visibility meetings, executive forums, or large-scale events
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready materials
  • Experience working across matrixed organizations, influencing without authority, and managing diverse stakeholder expectations
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or teams while maintaining quality and responsiveness
  • Familiarity with enterprise expense management, event management, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to team culture, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across administrative support groups

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
