Job Duties: Design and develop software applications to support retirement plan administration. Act as a technical leader within the Retirement Plan Services Technology team, guiding and supporting all aspects of software delivery, including design, development, testing, deployment, tooling, and support. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, including developers, testers, product owners, and scrum masters, to define and deliver system requirements. Mentor and coach team members, providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and support for professional growth. Lead the design and implementation of automated tests, promoting quality and reliability through Test Driven Development.
What you have
Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 96 months of progressive, post-bachelor's experience in a related occupation. . Experience must include 96 months involving the following: Utilizing .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET; Scripting and optimizing the performance of Microsoft SQL queries and stored procedures; PowerShell scripting to automate build and deployment processes; and CI/CD and DevOps tools, including GitHub, Bitbucket, and Bamboo. .
We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
