Alternative Investment Custody Services is seeking a manager to lead a team supporting AI Asset Transfers. The manager will be responsible for managing day to operations of AI asset transfers including ACAT, non-ACAT, outgoing transfers, and internal journals. Other responsibilities include partnering with an external vendor in support of executing client requests and performing asset servicing on Alternative Investments held in Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. brokerage accounts.

Some specific duties of those position include, but not limited to:

  • Lead and coach team members to identify challenges and develop future state solutions
  • Align team strategy to effectively support the Operations Organizational strategy
  • Support and develop a highly engaged and cross-functional team
  • Effectively recognize strategic business opportunities
  • Partner with the necessary organizations including Schwab Technology, Product Management, external vendors, and other internal business channels to deliver on the organizations AI Modernization strategy
  • Work cross-functionally with peers to improve processes, identify best practices and better utilize resources

What you have


  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives
  • Strong leadership, motivational and coaching skills that cultivates a strong and engaging environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and ability to set priorities and proactively solve issues in a dynamic multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills as well as focus on improving the client experience.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate risk by adhering to department and firm policies and procedures.
  • Active and valid FINRA Series 7, 63 licenses are preferred
