As aField Enablement ManagerwithinAdvisor Services,you’llhelp frontline sales and service teams stay informed, aligned, and ready to execute through clear,timelycommunications and scalable enablement operations.You’llown end-to-end communication and content workflows—partnering with leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex updates into usable guidance, improve adoption of enablement tools, and build reporting that ties enablement activity to business outcomes.

What you have
Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Proven capability totranslate complex informationinto audience-appropriate messaging and practical resources (job aids, announcements, FAQs, quick-reference guides).
- Experience establishing or running content operations (intake, prioritization, tagging, version control, retirement/governance) to keep communications and enablement content current and easy to find.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-channel internal communication strategies that drive clear outcomes (e.g., awareness, adoption, behavior change).
- Strong stakeholder partnership skills—able to influence and align leaders and cross-functional partners through structured communication plans and sound judgment.
- Ability to define andmonitorenablement/communications metricsand build dashboards or reporting that connects activity to measurable business outcomes.
- Strong writing and editing skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams while meeting deadlines.
Technical/Functional Qualifications:
- Administration and optimization of enablement and communications platforms (e.g., MySource/FirstUp, Allego, SharePoint, Workfront, or similar tools), including driving adoption through training, governance, and process design.
- Improvement of workflows through automation, integration, or data‑flow optimization across tools and platforms.
- Multimedia content creation skills (video/audio/visual storytelling);proficiencywith tools such as PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Captivate, Illustrator) is a plus.
- Experience supportingclient-facingor frontline teams (sales/service enablement, change communications, field readiness) in a regulated or complex environment (financial services a plus).
- Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent practical experiencein communications, enablement, operations, ora relatedfield.
