We are seeking a creative and hands-on Communications, Enablement & Engagement Analyst, to join the Office of the Chief Data Officer (OCDO) team. This role will support our Schwab Data organization by building communication strategies and designing engaging experiences that build connection and celebrate people. This role will also be involved with driving recognition and culture-building programs that connect team members to the Schwab Data mission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage internal engagement strategies, including newsletters, engagement survey action, feedback loops, team events, and internal branding.
- Lead and coordinate recurring meeting series focused on topics like learning, wellness, and team development.
- Coordinate team-wide events, team building activities, and learning and development initiatives (e.g., new hire onboarding, intern program, Data Day).
- Create and manage recognition programs and campaigns (e.g., awards, shout-outs, spotlight stories).
- Develop communications and messaging around awareness months, milestones, and key calendar moments.
- Write and produce engaging content, including internal videos, slides, emails, and visuals in support of key initiatives to help drive momentum, produce a standard, or create efficiencies.
- Capture and apply employee feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies.
- Help shape the tone, voice, and internal identity of the Schwab Data organization.

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, culture, or a related field.
- Experience designing and delivering communications across multiple formats (email, presentations, digital platforms).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Jira, SharePoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to take complicated topics and make them easily consumable for a wide audience.
- Superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate abstract goals/topics (e.g., drive culture change) into clear, engaging narratives.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and working with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Creative and enthusiastic about developing new content.
- Ability to tell a story that cuts through the clutter.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks or practices.
- Experience working in a data, analytics, or technology-focused organization.
- Comfort using visual design tools/platforms and video editing tools.
- Background in event planning, employee experience, or culture transformation.
- Knowledge of engagement metrics or survey platforms.
