Senior Manager of iCIMS

The Senior Manager will own the development of the technology strategy and roadmap across all talent acquisition platforms.  He/she will partner with the Talent Acquisition team, Technology and HR Transformation team to define roadmaps and priorities for the technology portfolio. 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of iCIMS to lead the strategic management and optimization of our iCIMS applicant tracking system (ATS). This role will enhance our recruitment capabilities through innovative use of iCIMS, driving platform strategy, and aligning system functionality with organizational objectives. The Senior Manager of iCIMS will also oversee product delivery across various recruitment platforms and act as a thought partner for the Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a thought partner for the Talent Acquisition team, providing strategic insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the iCIMS platform, ensuring alignment with the organization’s talent acquisition goals and overall HR strategy.
  • Identify and prioritize system enhancements, new feature implementations, and integrations to support business growth and enhance user experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep the iCIMS platform competitive, forward-thinking, and aligned with the latest talent acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee the configuration, management, and optimization of the iCIMS ATS to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the organization and maximizes its capabilities.
  • Implement system updates, new features, and integrations in collaboration with IT and vendor teams to enhance recruitment processes and ensure seamless operation.
  • Conduct regular audits of system usage, performance, and data integrity to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Manage and coordinate projects related to iCIMS enhancements, integrations, and upgrades, as well as other TA platforms, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and other business units to understand and address recruitment needs through effective use of the iCIMS platform and other systems.
  • Conduct training and provide ongoing support to recruiters, hiring managers, and other users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the iCIMS vendor and other technology partners, managing relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing iCIMS or similar ATS platforms in a corporate environment of significant scale and business complexity
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, processes, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing recruiting platform strategies and roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR system optimization, customization, and integration projects across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data management and reporting.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with senior leadership.
  • iCIMS certification is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

  • BA/MS degree in computer or information sciences or a similar field.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in delivering large-scale IT Transformation initiatives, preferably in large international organizations, with a focus on technology recruiting transformations.Experience managing and implementing Applicant Tracking Systems, ATS, such as iCIMs.
  • A minimum of five years of program leadership experience, leveraging technologies to drive technical governance, innovation, integration, and cloud-oriented strategies.
  • Experience in agile development environments, encompassing all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven track record of leading and performing software platform assessments and making architectural recommendations aligned with business needs and dependencies.
  • Proven leadership of technical teams and vendors during large implementation programs, with hands-on roles in program management and leadership.

Preferred Experience:

  • Proficient in security best practices from development and deployment perspectives, with a strong technical competence and ability to rapidly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Thrives in environments demanding strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills, alongside independent self-direction, while fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • Demonstrates thought leadership in technology innovation and transformation, with exceptional communication skills and a strong emphasis on collaborative and creative problem-solving.
  • Ability to actively engage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders, displaying a high level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and collaboration.
  • Works effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a hands-on approach when necessary, and building reliable relationships with consideration and respect for others.
  • Flexibility to be available outside of regular business hours for international calls as needed, alongside.
  • Possesses financial literacy and understanding of budget and funding processes, coupled with flexibility and an entrepreneurial spirit to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
