DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.

The Manager of Investment Oversight is responsible for the oversight and reporting of DAFgiving360’s investment portfolio and providing their subject matter expertise to both team members and partner groups to resolve complicated data discrepancies and oversight issues. This role is also responsible for leading//creating quarterly presentations for reporting to the Board of Directors, quarterly data collection and analysis for programs (e.g., Core, Professional Managed Accounts, Alternative Investments), leading investment compliance and performance reporting processes (e.g., monitoring, analysis, remediation), and the annual review/analysis of illiquid investments performance and trends. This individual works collaboratively with our partners to implement successful migration and enhanced reporting in new systems, supports third party vendor workstreams to ensure migration of reporting/analytics, while also working to identify, propose and implement investment oversight process, procedure, and policy improvements. In addition, this individual leads / coordinates and processes the execution of securities trading, including communicating with Investment Advisor and internal partners to manage risk and achieve the best execution with no trading losses.

What you have


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in investment oversight / monitoring, data analysis and/or reporting within the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of investment management processes, performance, and risk management
  • Project Management Skills (e.g., attention to detail, task management, prioritization, delegation, task separation).
  • Ability to effectively present information accurately and confidently to a wide variety of audiences, both in written and oral form

In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
