Job Responsibilities: Drive projects through the data science lifecycle including, but not limited to, data collection, exploration, analysis, model development, validation, and deployment. Perform data analysis and quantitative modeling, using statistical programming languages like R, Python, SAS, and MATLAB. Research, develop, and consolidate data inputs proactively to create and improve models. Translate business partner needs into business requirements for data science projects, and prioritize opportunities based on anticipated business impact and execution complexity. Validate, document, and review models with governance and risk stakeholders to ensure they do not cause excessive risk to the company. Leverage advanced analytics to solve and develop complex business solutions. Develop presentations to communicate key messages to senior sponsors, non-technical partners, and key stakeholders. Develop and maintain Marketing Mix Optimization and Brand Equity models using advanced statistical modeling techniques, such as Hierarchical Bayesian and Structural Equation modeling. Follow Agile methodology across all projects to deliver on key business objectives. Create various static and interactive data visuals, using tools such as matplotlib, ggplot, Excel, and Tableau. Modify and build custom optimization algorithms, using multivariate calculus and linear algebra for fine-tune models. Build classification, segmentation, and predictive models, using advanced ML tools, such as Tensorflow, Kerns, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Pandas, and Jupyter Notebooks. Perform various statistical tests to ensure data integrity for the input features as well as model accuracy for the outcomes. Design experiments to test various business hypotheses by performing list tests and user surveys.tools, such as Tensorflow, Kerns, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Pandas, and Jupyter Notebooks. Job Requirements: Master's in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field and 24 months of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include 12 months involving the following: Statistical Programming in Python, R, SAS, or MATLAB; Databases including SQL/NoSQL; Machine Learning Libraries including Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, Pandas, Jupyter, or Notebooks; Google Cloud Platform; Web Development including HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flask, or Django; Code management and version control using Github or Bitbucket; and Code Deployment using Bamboo or Jenkins.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above. Benefits include: 401(k) w/ company match; employee stock purchase plan; paid vacation, volunteering, 28-day sabbatical after every 5 years of service for eligible positions; paid parental leave and family building benefits; tuition reimbursement; health, dental, and vision insurance; hybrid/remote work schedule available for eligible positions (subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility).
