We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s). This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week.

The Finance Manager opportunity is a vital member of the Wealth and Advice Solutions (WAS) Finance team. This high-profile position provides direct financial oversight and decision support for various operations within the broader WAS organization.

In addition, you will work across the Finance organization. With your analytics and financial knowledge, you'll liaise between the Finance team and the functional areas it supports. You will resolve issues related to forecasting, planning, resource prioritization and business profitability, ad hoc strategic analysis, and you will help create and translate analyses into easy-to-understand presentations. Responsibilities include:

  • Support Managed Investing.
  • Build and maintain financial models to inform decision making related to forecasting, planning, resource prioritization, and business profitability.
  • Facilitate ongoing forecasting and the annual budgeting process (revenue, expense, households, and net flows).
  • Lead monthly close process around revenue, expense, net flows, and related metrics.
  • Relationship / thought partnership with product Managers and Directors.
  • Help drive business decisions or influence the future direction of the product.
  • Perform other financial reporting, ad-hoc analysis, and project needs as required by the business

Required Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of related Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis or similar experience.
  • Strong experience with data analytics and decision support.
  • Experience sourcing data from database applications and working efficiently with large data sets (SQL and/or Python experience nice to have).
  • Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior financial industry experience.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with many different audiences and levels of management.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing several projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to synthesize data and summarize findings into effective presentations.
  • Ability to quickly analyze issues and present workable solutions that are in the best interest of our business partners.
  • Ability to articulate views in a clear and concise manner.
  • Highly motivated, engaged, self-starter.

In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
