We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional for the role of Data Product Manager to support our Retail Salesforce Platform. This position requires a candidate who can seamlessly perform the responsibilities of both a Business System Analyst (BSA) and a Data Analyst, supporting a cross-functional team in delivering data-driven solutions and insights within the product team
- Conduct data profiling and analysis to support Salesforce-related projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and system requirements.
- Perform data validation and quality checks using SQL and other tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation including process flows, data mappings, and system diagrams.
- Support data migration and integration efforts between Salesforce and other systems.
- Create dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize data insights.
- Utilize Excel for advanced data manipulation and analysis.
- Design process diagrams and workflows using Visio.
- Use Toad Data Point for data querying and analysis across multiple platforms.
What you have
- Proficiency in Oracle SQL and BigQuery SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, and power query.
- Experience with Visio for creating process and system diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with Toad Data Point for data profiling and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Tableau for building interactive dashboards and reports.
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform and its data structures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7+ years Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role.
- 3+ months of Schwab technology domain experience as a current or recent contractor or employee
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Salesforce certification or hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations.
- 3 to 5 years experience in data migration and integration projects.
