Job Duties: Implementing Salesforce Configuration changes & Administrative tasks. Developing Salesforce Workflow, Triggers, Process Builders, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components. Providing creative solutions via the application of technology in a highly dynamic environment. Developing Apex code enhancing custom solutions. Implementing software for meeting functional requirements as well as being robust, fault tolerant, and 24x7x365 available. Providing expertise in web based, distributed, and cloud-based computing application development. Conducts feasibility studies for new feature and/or existing features and provides technical recommendation under little supervision. Works closely with business partners to realize the full capabilities of CRM Salesforce. Contributes to all technical aspects of projects developed include development, testing. Performs detailed technical analysis of requirements and created/update necessary documentation.

Job Requirements: Requires Master’s degree in Computer Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 24 months of related experience.. Experience must include 24 months of experience in each of the following skills: Bulk data migration from Excel, MS outlook and Legacy Systems to Salesforce.com using Apex Data Loader and Import Wizard; Developing custom reusable Lightning Web Components using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5; Developing Salesforce Lightning applications using Lightning components, controllers, and events; Creating and maintaining Visualforce pages, Apex language, Force.com custom development, controllers, Force.com SOAP and REST APIs, JSON, sObjects, SOQL, SOSL, and outbound messaging; Creating Reports, Page Layouts, and Dashboards in Agile Accelerator; Integrating Coveo and Nice inContact with Salesforce; and Genesys Framework, Genesys Outbound Solution, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Info Mart and Genesys Agent Desktop (CTI/Softphone) integration with Salesforce.

We offer competitive pay and benefits. Starting compensation depends on related experience. Annual bonus and other eligible earnings are not included in the ranges above.
