Operational Services partners with teams across Schwab to deliver on our service promises, protect firm and client assets, and advance scalability and efficiency. Within this organization, the Operations Transformation Organization brings together cross-functional expertise, methodologies, and tools to help drive large-scale change across Operational Services and the broader firm.
As the Value Management Senior Manager, you will serve as an individual contributor partnering with business leaders to identify, quantify, and validate the value generated by strategic initiatives and transformation programs.
You will develop business cases and benefit realization approaches, integrate operational and financial inputs into value forecasts, and monitor performance against expected outcomes. By translating complex information into clear recommendations and executive-ready reporting, you will help leaders make informed investment and operational decisions, address risks and dependencies, and strengthen accountability for value delivery across Operations, Finance, Technology, Workforce Planning, and transformation teams.

What you have
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in value management, financial analysis, business case development, benefits realization, or a related analytical discipline
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate business assumptions, identify value drivers, and develop data-driven recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions
- Ability to synthesize complex financial and operational information into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-ready communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and facilitate alignment across stakeholder groups without direct authority
- Proven ability to build collaborative cross-functional partnerships, navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in financial services
- Experience supporting business and technology programs or projects
- Experience developing value management frameworks, benefits realization methodologies, forecasting models, executive reporting, or performance measurement processes
- Ability to integrate operational data, business assumptions, implementation plans, and qualitative insights into initiative- and business unit-level value forecasts
- Experience monitoring value delivery, identifying variances and emerging risks, and recommending actions that improve benefit realization and forecasting accuracy
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while balancing multiple priorities and contributing as a versatile, collaborative teammate
In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
