Your Opportunity
Your opportunity
Schwab remains committed to providing increased visibility to career growth opportunities and job requirements.
At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.
We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location.
A job with Schwab’s Creative Center (C2) is a career with purpose. We’re on a mission to make our clients’ lives and futures better. When we tell clients, “Own your tomorrow,” we mean it and we work with them to make it happen. Everything we do matters because we literally change lives. That’s a pretty cool thing to be able to say.
To change lives, we challenge conventions, so we need people willing to challenge themselves, and us. We need get-it-done, what-if, and why-not people. We don’t want people who see a glass as half-full, we want people who see it as full of potential. If you can get behind that, we can get behind you.
Your main goal as a Digital Art Director is to deliver fresh, creative thinking across the digital ecosystems, and how great design shows up in real, modern contexts. You’ll contribute to the creative production of digital work across the organization, helping ensure visual quality, clarity, and consistency across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, writers, strategists, and partners to create thoughtful, engaging work that supports brand and business goals. You’re working to put “senior” in front of your title because that’s what lets everyone know you’re a leader and someone they can go to for greatness

- Excel at designing everything from video and print to websites and social.
- Rigorously self-edit your designs with attention to clear creative solutions.
- Develop portfolio-worthy concepts regularly.
- Turn feedback from supervisors into even better work.

- Engage in meetings, collaborate well with others, and offer to lend a hand wherever needed—a team player in every way.
- Build strong, productive relationships with agency partners and marketing partners.
- Manage time and hit deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Solve marketing partner problems by thinking strategically, implementing past feedback, and applying data and knowledge about the user.
- Ask smart and challenging questions that help your team get closer to reaching your marketing partner’s needs and goals.
- Present and sell creative to marketing partners by owning the room, explaining why the creative works, and does so with confidence and excitement.
- Be daring enough to make mistakes (few as they may be), smart enough to learn from them, and brave enough to ask for help.
