We’re looking for a visionary Director level Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution of our Broadcom ValueOps ecosystem, including Clarity and Rally, as core enablers of enterprise agility, portfolio governance, and delivery excellence.
You will be instrumental in defining and executing the strategy for enterprise tools such as Clarity, Rally, ConnectAll, and Insights. This role sits within the technology organization at the intersection of business strategy, agile transformation, enterprise tooling.
Key responsibilities:
- Accountable for the product roadmap for Clarity and Rally, aligning product capabilities with enterprise goals
- Partner with stakeholders across Corporate Strategy, PMO, engineering, finance, business groups and operations to define tooling capability requirements and success metrics
- Translate business/technology needs into actionable user stories, configuration plans, and platform enhancements
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and enable capabilities for a stronger user experience
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with Broadcom support on escalations, upgrades, and feature rollouts
- Evangelize product value through demos, training, stakeholder engagement, based on first-hand understanding
What you have
Required:
- 10+ years overall work experience
- 2+ year hands-on experience with Broadcom Clarity (CA PPM) and Rally (Agile Central) including establishing long-term vision for tool suite and associated multi-year product roadmap.
- Must have worked in a SAFe (scaled agile framework) environment leveraging the Broadcom tool suite.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management roles, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on enterprise software, platform modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
- 2+ years’ experience in a direct leadership role (resources reported directly to you).
- Change champion that must thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Proven experience managing multiple large, complex and cross functional technology programs in complex matrixed environments.
- Experience implementing change in a company of similar size and complexity.
- Ability to synthesize complex requirements into clear product strategies and execution plans
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred:
- Background in Financial Services or other regulated industries a plus
- Familiarity with Jira is a plus
- Broadcom ValueOps certifications or equivalent training is a plus
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent)
