This engineering role supports the business by accelerating the delivery of infrastructure platforms that power critical financial applications, enabling faster time-to-market for new services. It helps reduce operational overhead and risk through automation, ensuring systems are resilient, scalable, and compliant with industry standards. By integrating emerging technologies, the role contributes to long-term innovation and efficiency across the enterprise.
What you have
- 3–6 years of experience in software development or infrastructure automation.
- Proficiency in C# (.NET) and scripting with Ansible or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with container platforms (Kubernetes, PCF) and infrastructure-as-code.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and platform SRE practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Exposure to or interest in emerging technologies like Agentic Automation and MCP Server Tools.
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure platforms using C# (.NET) and Ansible.
Lead technical implementation of onboarding workflows for container platforms (Anthos, PCF).
Collaborate with platform architects and infrastructure engineers to deliver scalable, resilient automation.
Integrate intelligent automation flows using Agentic Automation and MCP Server technologies.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to backlog refinement, and ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments.
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Continuously improve automation patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and observability practices.
