The Asset & Account Maintenance team within Trust and Custody Services is responsible for the setup and maintenance of company-sponsored retirement plans supported through Retirement Business Services and Retirement Plan Services channels. In this role, you will help ensure account and plan maintenance activities are completed accurately and efficiently while supporting business objectives and service excellence. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will leverage problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills to manage competing priorities, identify process improvement opportunities, resolve operational issues, and contribute to the success of a growing business.

What you have


Required qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in finance, operations, administration, or a related field
  • Interest in the financial services industry and desire to learn about retirement plans
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to process high volumes of work accurately
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining timely communication with management and internal partners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative on complex or escalated work

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes or increase efficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Positive, engaged mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, and business concepts

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
