Join our Investor Services department for a nine-week internship where you’ll gain hands-on experience in digital product management within the financial services industry. Both roles offer opportunities for professional development, collaboration with talented product professionals, and the chance to contribute creative ideas that shape client experiences. As an intern, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment that values curiosity, strong communication, and a passion for innovation.

As a Process Improvement Intern with the Digital Retail Product Operations team (based out of Westlake or Austin, TX), you’ll focus on enhancing operational workflows through process mapping and improvement initiatives, applying analytical skills to drive efficiency.
As a Search and Chatbot Intern with the Product and Platform teams (based out of Omaha, NE, Westlake or Austin, TX), you’ll help advance client engagement through intelligent automation, working on conversational AI, enterprise search, and digital product innovation—contributing to research, user experience design, analytics, and prototype development.

As an intern, it’s not about what you know, it’s about what you are willing to learn. We’re seeking passionate students with extraordinary potential who are interested in front end (design-focused), back end (database/API), or full stack roles who have the courage to ask “why”.

Required Qualifications

  • Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program
  • Have enough credit hours to put you at a junior level status at a 4-year college or university
  • Have not already completed your bachelor's degree
  • Able and willing to relocate at your own expense if relocation is needed
  • Able to commit to working 40 hours a week for the 9 weeks of the internship dates of June 8, 2026 - August 7, 2026
  • Able to start full time employment during business hours between August 2026 - September 2027
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Curiosity and a learner mindset – people who ask thoughtful questions, seek feedback, and explore new ideas
  • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
  • Basic technical literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn tools like Power BI or Visio
  • Completed Junior level coursework in Business, Operations, or a related field before the start of your internship
  • Interest in pursuing a career in product operations, process improvement or product management
  • Passion for improving client experiences through operational excellence and emerging technologies utilizing automation
