Schwab’s Confidentiality, Nonsolicitation and Intellectual Property Ownership Agreements

Upon being hired by Schwab, all employees are required to sign a Confidentiality, Nonsolicitation and Intellectual Property Ownership (CNIPO) Agreement.  There are different versions of the CNIPO Agreement depending upon the employee’s location.  You can review a copy of the CNIPO Agreement applicable to your situation by clicking the appropriate link listed below:

1. California, North Dakota, Oklahoma 
2. Louisiana
3. Illinois
4. Colorado (if the worker’s annual compensation is below $67,500)
5. All other states (including Colorado if annual compensation is greater than $67,500)
